PLEASE READ CAREFULLY as these studio policies are strictly enforced.
The appointment you reserve is exclusively for you, by making this appointment and posting the retainer payment, you AGREE to and UNDERSTAND the studio policies mentioned below.
- This is a Non-Refundable Retainer
- The Balance of your package is due at the time of your appointment via CASH
- Retainer is forfeited if you cancel, change your mind or do not show up. You are considered a NO SHOW after 10 minutes.
- A new session retainer is required for all rescheduled sessions and this is only if there is space available on the calendar.
- Participation in this photo session is at your own risk. Tracy's 3LittleOwls Photography LLC will not be held liable for injuries, accidents or illness as a result of attending this appointment.
- I understand as a client of Tracy's 3LittleOwls Photography LLC that my child's behavior and willingness to participate in this session is not the responsibility of the photographer. Should my child fail to cooperate, I understand that my session retainer will not be refunded.
- COVID-19 NOTICE: I agree that I will not bring myself, nor my children to the studio if we have been exposed or are showing symptoms of COVD-19, or any other forms of illness to include FEVER, COUGH, RUNNY NOSE, VOMITING or STOMACH VIRUS.
- MASK USE : I do ask that all visitors to the studio wear a mask while they are not being photographed.
- Children must be supervised while at the studio. Parents are responsible for replacing photography equipment or props broken or damaged by their child or children.
- Please do not bring extra guests to watch your photography session, there is not room in the studio waiting area and guests are not permitted in the photography set area. Thank you for understanding!

I am located in the In-Towne Business Center on the same street as St. Paul Methodist Church and J. Geyer Advertising. GPS is often confused as to where you need to turn in, so please be on the lookout for a big Brick Sign :)
